Dyna Fyr is a must-see landmark in the middle of the Oslofjord. The former lighthouse was built in 1874. Today, this unique venue is used for receptions and parties. It’s the perfect location for intimate gatherings from 20 to 40 people. Our menu consists of fresh seafood in season. We're open from Easter to Christmas.

Dyna Fyr is available for closed parties from 20-40 persons for lunch and dinner.

Practical information

The Lighthouse is open from Easter to Christmas every year. Dyna Fyr is a Lighthouse that takes from 20-40 guests, always only for one party at a time. If you expect less guests, you’ll have to pay for a minimum of 20.

In relation to prices and in addition to food and beverage, there will be a rent for the lighthouse which includes the boat round trip to and from Honnørbryggen in front of City Hall. The price of the rent is 4500 NOK + 12% VAT per hour in 2022. Lunch is a minimum of 3 hours and dinner a minimum of 4 hour

Music:

We have a music player with AUX cable at the lighthouse, please check your own PC / phone so you are sure you are able to connect to the sound system. If you need a transition from Aux cable adapter to your own equipment, you must bring it yourself to the lighthouse.

Handicap:

Transportation to Dyna Fyr is via by an old charming boat and the pier on Dyna Fyr can be a bit slippery.
The small lighthouse has stairs inside and down to the toilets and there is no lift available.

Allergies:

Please inform about any food allergies beforehand. Our chef adjust the menu for the guest with allergies in the best possible way. We must inform that most people eat seafood at Dyna Fyr. We cannot guarantee for hyper sensitive allergy, as after many decades of serving seafood, there can be traces of seafood in the lighthouse.
